P.S.: The people I've felt most sorry for are the journalists who have to pretend they are excited by the inauguration and Bush's second term. NPR personalities in particular. You can hear the inauthenticity and desperation in their voices. ... Student: "Teacher?"

Teacher: "Yes, honey"

Student: "What is two plus two?"

Teacher: "What do you think it is?"

Student: "Three."

Teacher: "Then the answer is three for you, honey. As long as it makes you happy."

Result: Confused student and incorrect answers.

Our young people are looking at us adults for direction in life. We need to return to teaching our children what is right and wrong, not what feels good for them.

Our youth are so confused because they hear so many differing opinions on moral issues.

When we throw up our hands and tell our children the answer is to do what feels good to them, we are misguiding them. They want answers. More>>
